Delivery
Delivery costs are automatically quoted once you have filled your basket. Polar Gear products are despatched and delivered by Amazon. To offer you not only this trusted delivery service, we also calculate postage costs by weight and volume of the package to then be able to offer you the best rate.
Standard delivery: Order by 3pm for delivery in 3 working days (Mon - Fri). Expedited delivery: Order by 6pm for delivery the next working day (Mon - Fri).
Replacement parts need to be ordered on a separate transaction to any standard products because these are supplied directly by our Customer Care Team at Polar Gear headquarters. Our aim is that an order for a replacement part for your Polar Gear product will be with you in 3 working days (Mon - Fri).
Delivery is subject to stock availability and bank card authorisation.
Orders require a valid postcode and city/town, please contact us at customercare@polargear.com if the website is not recognising your postcode so we can help process your order for you.
At the moment polargear.com only ships to UK addresses.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept any liability for expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Returns & replacements
If you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, please email us within 30 days at customercare@polargear.com. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
Note: If you have purchased goods through one of our stockists or dealers please arrange your return directly with them.
